Q: How long does it take an order from placing a new order to be packed?

A: In the most common cases,

  • Standard postage orders will take 3 ~ 12 working hours to hand to the courier company.
  • Self-pickup orders will take 1 ~ 6 working hours to be ready to collect. (Will update via WhatsApp)

 

Q: Do I need to register an account to place an order?

A: You can still place an order without signing up on the website. However, we would like to encourage you to create an account so you can maximize your shopping experience on our website. By creating an account, not only will you be updated on our latest promos, but you will also be able to checkout easier as your information has already been saved, as well as access your order history.

 

Q: Do you take orders over the phone?

A: Since we do not have the facility for phone orders, all orders must be placed on the website. We do apologize for this, but this is also to ensure the security of your personal information. You may refer here for our complete instructions on how to place an order online.

 

Q: How do I proceed to the checkout page?

A: To go to the checkout page, you can either click “Checkout” at the bottom of shopping cart page

 

Detailed Step by step instruction

Step 1. Choose your product

  1. Browse with Category Menu
  2. Or type what you are looking for in the Search Box.

Step 2. Check Product Information

  1. Check the product images and detailed description provided
  2. Check product availability
  3. Click “Add to Cart” to proceed

Step 3. Shopping Cart

  1. Select product quantity.
  2. Choose “Continue Shopping” (If you wish to browse more items) or “Proceed to Checkout” once done.

Step 4. Checkout

  1. If you are already a member of our site, kindly please Login to your account.
  2. If not, kindly please fill out all the required information for us to deliver your order. Fill out the form with your correct and complete billing address. 
  3. Select your preferred payment method. Online bankin, Credit Card, and other e-wallet.
  4. Review the items before you finally place your order.

Step 5. Order Confirmation

  1. You will received your order number and invoice via a email, it will be sent to your email address provided upon purchasing. Please make sure that the email address/numbers that you typed is correct to receive confirmation details and progress of your order. There are times when our email goes to your Spam Folder, so please don’t forget to check Spam folder as well.
  2. Once order has been dispatched you will received an automated text message including your tracking number for you to monitor the progress of your order.
